Audition Materials
View the audition materials for your specific instrument/voice by navigating to the relevant tabs below. You will need these in order to prepare for and/or record your audition! Note that the bottom of each tab contains clickable links to access the materials.
Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Rez Worship! There are two ways that you can audition for the team, in-person, or by video audition!
If you would like to audition in-person, review the audition materials and then submit the audition form. We will reach out to you to connect on a date and time!
For a video audition, simply record a video of you singing/playing your instrument to the audition song in the background. No need to worry about the quality of the video, it just needs to be enough so to hear and see you sing/play! We ask that you upload the video to YouTube as an unlisted (don’t select private) and submit the audition form with the link to your audition video!
Female Vocals
For a Vocal Audition, you will sing through What a Beautiful Name by Hillsong Worship. We recommend you record both an audition of you singing Lead Melody, as well as record a bridge and chorus singing the Alto Harmony. Below is the Full Song, a Lyrics Chart, and a Alto Harmony Example!
Male Vocals
For a Vocal Audition, you will sing through We Praise You by Bethel in the original Key of A. We recommend you record both an audition of you singing Lead Melody, as well as record a bridge and chorus singing the Tenor Harmony. Below is the Full Song, a Lyrics Chart, and a Tenor Harmony Example!
Drums
For a Drums audition, you will play through the song Lion and the Lamb by Leeland. Below is the Full Song example, a drum playthrough, and the song with click and backing tracks to practice to. We recommend you submit your audition playing with the click track!

Alto Harmony Example
Bass Guitar
For a Bass Guitar Audition, you will play through We Praise You by Bethel in the Original Key of A. Below is the Full Song, a Bass Guitar Play-Through, and a Chord Chart in the key of A!
Electric Guitar
For an Electric Guitar Audition, you will play through We Praise You by Bethel in the Original Key of A. Below is the Full Song, an Electric Guitar Play-Through, and a Chord Chart in the key of A!
Acoustic Guitar
For an Acoustic Guitar Audition, you will play through We Praise You by Bethel in the Original Key of A. You may play however is comfortable and may use a capo if you’d like! Below is the Full Song, an Acoustic Guitar Play-Through, and a Chord Chart in the key of A!
Keys/Synth/Piano
