Financial Accountability

What happens to the money we give to Rez?

Your faithful support and prayers are helping us continue the mission of our church, reach the lost with the Gospel, launch churches in America and around the world, and bring healing to the hurting in difficult times. On behalf of every single person whose life has been changed, thank you for doing your part to make it possible.

We want you to know that financial integrity is of utmost importance in this ministry. We don’t take your trust lightly. In fact, we have established specific standards to guarantee that our finances are handled in the best and most honorable way.

  • Our Board of Trustees is comprised of five respected business leaders in our congregation. They serve as non-staff Elders and oversee finances and properties to ensure that we are good stewards with the money you have entrusted to the church.
  • All staff salaries are based on a nationally-accepted compensation study conducted by an independent group that monitors church compensations crossing all states and denominations. The salaries of all employees including our Senior Pastor are set by our Board of Trustees and is based on the same study used for every staff member at Rez.Church so that all salaries are equitable.
  • To ensure our business operations are conducted at the highest standards, Rez.Church undergoes a voluntary annual financial review of our records. This examination is conducted by CapinCrouse, the country’s leading accounting and advisory firm serving the christian not-for-profit community. Their review helps to assure that our financial statements are presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

We are honored that you would join us in this great work of touching the our world with God’s love.
