RezKids FAQs
How do I check in my child for the first time at RezKids?
On your first visit, look for the RezKids Check-In area in the west/main Living Room, located under the big banner. If you can’t find it, one of our living room hosts will be happy to help you! At a RezKids Check-in desk desk, you’ll be welcomed by a smiling RezKids Dream Team member who is eager to meet your family and show you how RezKids works. To check your child in, we’ll need some information, including a family member’s name, your child’s name and birthday, your address, your phone number, and any special instructions. Our RezKids Check-In Team member will then take you on a quick tour of the building to show you where your child’s classroom is located and share any other important info and answer questions on the way. It is our honor to show you our world class hospitality as we welcome you and your children to church!
How do I check in my child if he/she has attended in the past?
Once your child has attended RezKids once, they will be in our check-in system. All you have to do on a Sunday morning when you arrive is provide your name or a phone number to one of our Check-in Team members at a check-in desk. The main RezKids check in area is in the west Living Room, under the large banner, and there is also a hallway kiosk in the northeast corner of the building in the RezKids hallway. The Team member will then confirm your child’s age and classroom location, and print name tags and a security sticker for each child checked in. Then your child is ready to be checked in at their classroom, where their leaders are excitedly waiting to welcome them!
How does RezKids ensure my child is safe?
Safety is a top priority in RezKids. That’s why we have a secure check-in system. Upon check-in, you’ll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear their name tag sticker and you will need to keep the matching security tag. After the service, you’ll show the RezKids leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from their room. Every RezKids Dream Team Leader is screened, has a current cleared background check, and receives ongoing training from our staff. Additionally, doors to the RezKids hallways are locked during services and monitored by our Watchmen, who are background-checked security to make sure your child stays safe and secure. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we can either send you a text message or share your child’s security code on the screen in the auditorium.
Birth - Pre-K
Our Birth – Pre-K ministry seeks to provide a safe and loving environment for children to come into a faith and knowledge of Jesus. Each week, parents can expect to interact with caring leaders while their children worship, play games, and learn about God in a fun and interactive setting. Our desire is to point children toward Knowing God, Finding Freedom, Discovering Purpose, and Making a Difference.

Elementary
Our Elementary Ministry partners with families to help children in Kindergarten through 6th grade grow in their relationship with Jesus. Children participate in engaging large-group experiences with their age division (K–2 or 3–6) and connect in grade-level small groups for discussion, prayer, and hands-on learning.
Children can expect high-energy worship, fun games, valuable teaching, and close connections with students and leaders in their small group every weekend. Our desire is to develop children through Knowing God, Finding Freedom, Discovering Purpose, and Making a Difference.
